The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for certain managerial functions and all clinical aspects of client care. Coordinates all services and serves as a case manager. Maintains documentation related to recertification for all benefit coverage for clients. Determines eligibility of clients in meeting criteria for services. Serves on committees as assigned and supervisors staff competency as directed. Services are provided to all ages but primarily to the elderly population.
Requirements
Minimum of two years of clinical experience. Minimum of one year case management/ Supervisory experience preferred. Computer experience preferred.
Education
Associate's Degree in Nursing must. Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred
