Responsibilities:
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as required - Assist with garden maintenance, including watering, weeding, and planting - Collect and record data on plant growth and health - Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed - Irrigate and maintain landscape areas - Assist with greenhouse operations, including planting, propagation, and harvesting - Support farm operations, such as soil preparation and crop maintenance - Perform basic math calculations for measuring and mixing fertilizers and other materials
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of plant growing techniques and best practices - Familiarity with greenhouse operations and equipment - Ability to operate basic machinery and tools - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Candidates must be comfortable working with plants and have a passion for horticulture.
