Multi-Unit Supervisor
We are interviewing for a Multi-Unit Supervisor who will be responsible for operations in 6 IHOP restaurant locations in New MexicoDuties &
Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee unit level operations of the restaurants in Las Cruces, Deming, Alamogordo, Carlsbad, Artesia & Los Lunas, New MexicoProvide guidance on developing restaurant operations, including management development, guest relations, marketing, sales and product presentationEnsures that operations comply with Brand standards and Standard Operating ProceduresEnsures all administrative duties are completed correctly and in a timely mannerMaintain high levels in all operation evaluations, guest surveys, health inspections and franchise auditsRequirements/Experience and Skill Sets:
Minimum of 2 year restaurant management experience, prior Multi-Unit Supervisory experience a plusAbility to travel to all locations within assigned territory including overnight travelOrganized with great time management skillsStrong communication skills and attention to detailMotivated with ability to manage multiple projectsProblem solving skillsStrong leadership skills with ability to train other managersSalary:
Based on experience and qualifications.
Recommended Skills Administration Attention To Detail Auditing Communication Leadership Problem Solving Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
